Scott Long is a Partner with ProRec Resource Solutions, LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business delivering high-impact IT staffing and workforce solutions across the public and private sectors.
With more than 25 years of experience spanning software development, technical recruiting, and business leadership, Scott brings a rare blend of technical depth and operational expertise. He began his career as an application and database developer before transitioning into recruiting and account management, ultimately founding ProRec in 2016 to build a firm grounded in trusted relationships, execution, and results.
Under Scott's leadership, ProRec has become a go-to partner for government agencies, commercial enterprises, and prime contractors—known for delivering specialized IT talent, navigating complex program environments, and supporting veteran workforce integration at scale.
Scott is recognized for his hands-on leadership style, relentless work ethic, and commitment to building high-performing teams that consistently deliver for clients.

Brigadier General Maureen Weigl (PA Retired) is Owner and Partner at ProRec Resources, where she brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience across military and public-sector environments to deliver high-impact workforce and operational solutions.
A former military executive, Maureen led complex, mission-critical initiatives across the Active Army, Army Reserve, and National Guard, including deployments to Haiti and Iraq. She also held national leadership roles focused on workforce strategy, recruiting, and retention—experience she now leverages to help organizations solve their most pressing talent and delivery challenges.
At ProRec, Maureen drives execution, de-risks delivery, and builds scalable workforce solutions for government and commercial clients. Through Maureen's ownership, ProRec is a certified SDVOSB and WBENC partner with deep experience supporting state agencies and large primes, known for sourcing specialized and cleared talent, navigating complex compliance environments, and delivering results at scale.
